1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website segen.tech, operated by SEGEN TECHNOLOGIE SAS (NIT 901.547.340-6), Bogotá, Colombia, with an office in Miami, Florida. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Our products and services

The pages on this site describe software and services such as WhatsApp bots, quote generators, WordPress security and analytics tools, parking software and web design. A page is information, not a binding offer. Prices, features, delivery and payment terms are set in a written quote or agreement signed with you. Software is licensed, not sold, under the license terms in that agreement.

3. WhatsApp and Messenger services

Bots and messaging tools run on platforms owned by Meta. The customer is responsible for using them under Meta’s terms and policies, for having the consent of the people they message, and for not sending spam. SEGEN may suspend a service that puts a number or account at risk. We do not control Meta’s platforms and are not responsible for changes or restrictions they apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, no automated scraping that harms its operation, no unlawful content, and no use that infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, logos and software are owned by SEGEN or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, except for normal viewing and sharing of links.

6. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SEGEN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. Liability for our software and services is governed by the agreement signed for them. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Bogotá, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
