You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes data from our website, WhatsApp and Messenger conversations, quote requests and demos.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to info@segen.tech with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Tell us your name and the phone number, WhatsApp number, email or Facebook profile you used to contact us, so we can find your data.
  3. We may ask you to confirm your identity to protect your information.

What happens next

  • We confirm your request by email.
  • We delete or anonymize your data within 30 days.
  • We tell you when it is done.

What we may keep

We may keep the minimum data we are legally required to retain, such as invoices and accounting records, and data needed to defend legal claims. We keep it only for as long as the law requires.

Data held by Meta, Google and other platforms

Conversations on WhatsApp and Messenger also exist on Meta’s platforms, and activity on our website may be recorded by analytics providers. Deleting your data from our systems does not delete it there. You can manage it from your own Meta or Google account settings.
