Will I receive the same product shown in the image?

You will receive the exact product described in the listing, with the same physical and internal specifications indicated. All our equipment goes through a technical inspection before shipping and is covered by our warranty policy.

Where can I find my purchase receipt?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive your purchase invoice at the email address registered with your order. You can also access it by logging into your account at segen.tech, under the «My Orders» section. If you need an invoice with business details, please contact us at sales@segen.tech before completing your purchase.

How can I return an item?

New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Used products carry a 30-day warranty for functional defects not caused by misuse. To request a return or warranty service, contact us within the warranty period via WhatsApp at +57 315 585 2297 or email us at sales@segen.tech. The item must be returned to our Unilago store with all original accessories.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across all of Colombia through certified carriers including Servientrega, Coordinadora, and TCC. Delivery cost and time vary by destination. For Bogotá we offer direct home delivery. For international software purchases, visit our global store at segen.tech/eng.
